 The terms disclosed assume a 720 or higher FICO, owner-occupied single-family residence, with escrows and a 30-day lock, based on a $312,500 purchase price with 20% downpayment, and a $250,000 loan amount.

The 30-year term interest rate is 5.50% / 5.690% APR, with 360 principal and interest payments of $1,419.47. These fixed-rate payments do not include taxes and insurance, total monthly obligation will be higher.

All loans subject to credit and property approval. Not all applications submitted to Finex Credit Union may qualify. FHA, VA, USDA, RI Housing and JUMBO loans are excluded from the rate promotion. Contract must be received to lock the promotional discount.
