All ACH automated payments that had been set up in the FCCU home banking system have transferred and are posting properly. You can validate this by logging into the new Finex mobile or online banking to check.

  3. For FCCU members needing immediate access to your balances or to make a loan payment from your former FCCU account, a temporary option is to use Call 24 our audio response system.  Call the main number 860 282-0001, then press 1, 1 to bypass the auto attendant message and sign up for Call 24 access.
  4. Visit the Wallingford branch drive-through. Traffic has been greatly reduced since the reopening of the branch. There is an express loan payment drop off lane and a video teller lane where a teller can post payments live and answer other more detailed questions. With phones temporarily overloaded and the branch crowded, this may be a good option for those who cannot wait.
