Important Things to Know

 

Mobile apps and new online banking experience is now available. 

 

First Time Logging to Online Banking

To Access Online Banking via a computer, continue to use it as you do today. The first time logging in you will have to input your username and password followed by your cell phone number where you will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP). The One-Time Passcode will only be needed the first time logging into the new online banking portal.

Download the New App

Apple Users: Search for and download the “Finex Credit Union Mobile” in the App Store.

Android Users: Search for and download the “Finex Credit Union Mobile” in the Google Play store.

The old app will be inactive starting November 8th. 

Forgot Password? 

You can choose the “Forgot” prompt in the home page of online banking and the mobile app. Input your username and email address and password reset instructions will be sent via email or SMS text. 

External Transfers

Current external transfer accounts will not carry over. Those will need to be setup again on the new platform. The process to set those up will remain the same.

Common Questions

I can't remember my username name or password

You can recover your account by going through the "Forgot?" “Forgot” prompt in the home page of online banking and the mobile app. 

What if I'm locked out of my account

Follow the reset password link. You will need your username and email address on file. Not sure what your username is you can click on "Try Another Way" and you can input your social security number and member number to get access into your account.

How do I reset my password?

Will I need to download a new app with the new digital banking?
Yes. The Apple app is available on the App Store and the Android app is available on Google Play. 
Do I need to re-enroll in digital banking on the new system?

No, you will use your existing username and password.

How do I enroll into online banking?

You can enroll here: https://accounts.finexcu.org/enroll

Will the current app still work?

The old app will be available until 10/24. You will need to download our new app via Google Play or the Apple Store.

How do I access the full list of features on the mobile app?

The sandwich menu is available on the top left corner above your name within the the  mobile app. Clicking this will display all available features.

How do I enable card control functionality?

Once you access your accounts, click on the card management tab and select activate card.
