As the year ends, I want to thank you for your support of Finex Credit Union. It is uplifting to have an engaged membership that interacts regularly with us. Through ongoing member surveys, you have relayed thoughts on how to improve, what to keep doing, and questions on why we do things the way we do. The staff and I review each of your comments, so we stay responsive and correct service issues continuously.
This year is a milestone in that we have received almost double the normal rate of survey responses with service ratings at near-time highs. Our Branch service scores are at a Net Promoter score of 72 and mobile users at 75. These are very high levels that correspond with the traditional high overall service scores we have achieved over the years.
We have been fortunate to retain all our long-term staff members who serve you. Our experienced staff has worked together to successfully transition from traditional branches to video teller operations. I personally value each member of our staff and thank them for their hard work during the year.
So again, thank you all for your support of Finex throughout this year. Thank you for your survey responses, your friends and family referrals and most important your membership. We look forward to serving you in years to come.
